Not too common to see others who need to bust out renderings, so your needs are definitely different than the mainstream along this topic.
Last year I finally got around to building a new system and bucked the typical trend---and am glad I did. Here's what I'm running:

Well, if the bosses insist it get done, then quit. Rehire as an independent contractor paid a decent hourly rate. Otherwise, that sounds like a new level of Dante's Inferno.

Also, when you toggle the "minimum twist" in a sweep that can help keep the swept form more consistent.

I'll chime in with the linked surfaces thing. I do this frequently to generate quick models--often at the concept level.
Essentially you can copy or offset a surface in one part within the context of the assembly. Then this surface resides within the part file, where you can reference it to...
Yeah, that's exactly what I'd like to do, is figure out a different solution. The biggest problem was that the end of the 30-day trial creates a splash screen that disallows any viewing of your own time-tracking data. Not cool. All they really need to do is prohibit the timer from working any...
Hey, Dan, that worked perfectly! Thanks for thinking outside my little box!
Back to patching in the time in the old freeware time tracker I've got, and everything should work from now on.

Normally I'm fairly good at finding creative ways around problems. This is one of those times that somehow this thought never went through my mind. I'll try it out and it will probably work great. Thanks! (I may owe you a beer or six.)

Hello, all. It's been a long time since I've posted, being more of a lurker lately. However, I'm not sure where else to turn with this problem.
I've been a long-time user of this little app called Allnetic Working Time Tracker, and I believe I may have even recommended it here in the past...

What Scott recommended should work great.
Or, you might use the arrow keys as I've done for a long time. Reaching the CTRL key at the same time will turn each arrow key into panning. The SHIFT key with arrows will rotate at 90° increments. And regular arrow keys will rotate (default) by 15°...
Sounds to me like the "autosize" feature is messing up. I may have the terminology wrong, but a few releases ago, if you created a sketch with lots of stuff going on (or just a circle), when you added your first dimension, rather than resizing the element from whatever size it was to the true...
I like AllNetic Working Time Tracker:

Can track lots of projects at one time, auto-stop tracking after a while of mouse inactivity, and settings to control lots of options like that.

Hi, Tom,
Looks like everyone is getting you moving forward. We had a 24-hour internet outage in the area, so I'm just now getting back to the forum.
No, I definitely DON'T have access to Catia 5.
Can you explain the problem you had with my business email address? I double-checked it and it...
