Explosion from vapor emissions from an underground storage tanks
Does anybody know under what circumstances other than in decommisioning, a petroleum underground storage tank would explode. What is the extent of emissions coming from a USt and could these lead to an explosion and how would you go about modelling the explosion from a UST?- thato
