    Alternate position view equivelant for a part

    I need to show a before and after modification (alternate position view) for a part. I don't want to insert this part into an empty assy and chg configs there because I will have to redo model properties.     Our company is starting to impliment digital signatures. Does anyone know if you were to save a SW drawing as a pdf will you get a pdf that Adobe professional would be able to edit (in other words is it a smart pdf, or is it the equivalent of a scanned pdf)?

    Yes they are, it looks like you have to set your default printer to what you want to print your drawings to before hand. That did work but why the pull down does not work or tell you to set you default printer to the dwg spec I don't know. TAP

    Yes we are running pdmworks, and the problem exists with models as well, we just noticed it with drawings, we just started 2006 Monday. My spaceball movements are very choppy as well, spinning a model with a mouse is fine. TAP
