Thanks for your responses. I've got sample plans from Ohio, Florida, Texas and Mississippi. It's interesting to see the variation in the anchorage zone reinforcing between the four different plan sets. For the longer spans (80 feet +) some use pot bearings under the columns while others...

Can you give me the contact at MoDOT that I can talk to about this particular bridge? I have a colleague who has written numerous articles and books on integral and semi-integral bridges and would like to talk to someone about this particular situation and the possibility of using some...
Does anyone know of a location on the internet where I could find a copy of the Homberg charts? I have a copy of the Pucher charts which may be good enough for what I'm doing but if the Homberg charts were available that would be even better. Thank you!
Does anyone know of any internet resources which would give basic design examples for either concrete or steel which would be designed per the CAN/CSA-S6-06 code?

It certainly helps when you know of bridges with similar spans and widths. Having that information in hand along with experience in doing this several times makes this exercise fairly easy. For preliminary analysis, we've typically added 10% of the box girder weight to account for...

See the link above. This is a corridor running through Salt Lake City on I-80. There were 7 bridges built off site. One by one they'll be moved into place via SPMT. Once they're at the appropriate site they'll be launched out and then lowered into...

LRFD spec calls it a dynamic load allowance. Deck joints have a DLA of 75%, fatigue and fracture limit states have a DLA of 15% and all other limit states have a DLA of 33%.

Do you know if either Midas Civil or ADAPT perform code checking? Are these two programs fairly simple to use? I would presume that as long as you're experienced with designing PT girders that the differences between programs would be fairly insignificant.
Any thoughts...
I've used Consplice for spliced post-tensioned girders in the past. What other programs are people using for designing bridges to take into account time-dependent analysis with construction staging?
