    Mashbob's material is correct for 40bar flanges . RSt 37.2 is limited 120 deg C at lower pressures.

    DIN 2635 is the form standard for PN 40 weldneck flanges. ND is an old version for DN. The material in standard CS flange is RSt 37.2 with carbon<= 0.20%.
