Try a resource that I've used a number of times. Go to ThomasRegister.com and request a copy of PartSpec and PlantSpec. Both have well scaled drawings from the companies that make 'em!
You want drawings of pumps? Most drawings are 2D but there are some 3D also, and you can copy them...
After three years of looking.. this is the best program I've seen for springs

I wasn't certain, so I looked at my copy of ASME B46.1-1985, SURFACE TEXTURE. The closest I see to this is the description of Roughness Average Ra, AA or CLA, depending on what country, "Arithmetic Average Roughness".
