    Guys, I have a 2-1/2" Chilled Water line penetrating a basement foundation directly beneath a eletrical panel. Are there any minimum distances, or precautionary measures i should take to do this. If so or not, what codes could i got to help me out with this? BOCA? NFPA?

    Zone Damper & Bypass Damper for 3,500+ CFM

    Guys, Does anyone know of a zone & bypass damper that is capable of handling 3,500+ CFM. Trane VADA's only are capable of of providing up to 2,500 CFM. Also, it needs to be capable of communicating w/ a packaged gas/elec. Trane RTU...any input?

    Guys, I was told per the IMC Appendix A, it would tell me that I'm only required to supply half the outside air to the space if it was only occupied for 3 hrs. or less. 1.) Is this correct? 2.) When I went to the Appendix A, It talked about combustion air and clearances...where is this code...

    In the IFGC it states that you can not run gas piping thru elevator shafts, duct work, dumbwaiters, chimney or gas vents, or clothes. From this I'm going to assume that you can as long as its steel pipe.
