you just need a big tig machine and a 10% silicon filler rod,at a pinch you could get away with 5% Si filler or use a mig and 4043 wire, depends as someone said on thickness,

There would be no difference if you used a pulsed MIG, like a Synchro-pulse 450, properly programmed for filler wire, and the appropiate gas mixture.
I believe Lincoln have a similiar machine as well. both machines quite expensive.

the whole purpose of MIG was to minimise heat input to sheet metal,dip transfer allows the least heat input to the job, and the process would be used almost exclusively in panel shops worldwide.it is cheap to setup too,as opposed to TIG which is an expesive way to go,and the other thing...
