New job and lack of mentorship.
I would consider gently reminding your boss repeatedly about your lack of a mentor and if something wasn't done in a reasonable amount of time, quit. It's your career and you're not doing yourself any favors by staying in a position where you're not learning from someone who has already been there.- Steven73
