    Nutte my question was: For example: I want to build a paved ditch in Kentucky, imagine there is no paved ditch code in the Kentucky standard so I want to use the code of Indiana because they have one for the paved ditch. So does the drawings need to have a Indiana PE stamp or Kentucky
