looks like it is tcount. but when i click on the lot it says no objects selected

hello everyone. I am doing a cad drawing that has lot parcels. now if there a way to auto number them. The lots are basically sqaure boxes. If there a feature that would allow you to click the box and autonumber the lots 1-200? please help. thanx you
