Are there any translators that can allow a Solidworks part to be read into NX and retain the feature history? Parasolids are accurate but are tough to modify.

I'm working with a part that was migrated from I-Deas, and the default colors for sketch curves and dimentions do not work very well with the standard NX5 window backround. How do I change the colors of all existing sketches and dimensions?

I have an assembly with several sub-assemblies. For some reason one of the subs has become an excluded reference set and cannot be made visible. When I try to make it a work part the reference set changes to "empty." How can I fix this?
