    I just loaded 2011 SP3.0 with OS Vista x64. I tried efritz's solution and re-installed the driver (version 3.6.11) and it works!!! Thanks Eddie Dell Precision 690, NVidia Quadro FX 3500 Graphics Card 256 MB, Intel Xeon, CPU 3.00 Ghz, Dual Processors, 4 GB ram, Spaceball 5000 USB
