    Model check windows have bar to allow blocked content

    When I run model check and ask for a report, instead of the usual report I used to get on my old Windows 2000 system, I get a window that has a bar on it saying Click here to allow blocked content. Then there is a pull down on it to select view, then another window to accept. I am running XP...
