Thanks John
You're right. It has to be a driver, because today, when I reopened the part, one of the two faces that were missing was no longer missing.
I think it won't represent much trouble since when I make any other operation (extrude, substract, etc) the faces re-appear.
If I have any...
Hello everyone!
I'm designing a mold and after doing a "mirror body" I found out that some of the faces were missing (or invisible).
Any idea why this happened? and how to fix it
Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone!
I'm new using the manufacturing module in NX. I create programs for molds machining.
I use 4 operations:
Operation Stock Tool
1. CAVITY MILL (follow periphery) 0.500mm 3/8" end mill
2. CONTOUR AREA (zig zag) 0.250mm 3/8" ball mill...

These grooves are part of my model. I think I will wait for the update release, I hope this will fix this issue.
For now I'll use an iron crosshatch at 90° and a note for the drawing.
Thank you

The problem manifested in this way, I tried to do a Mirror Feature of a Patterned feature but I couldn't select it, this happen in the past with Instance feature and Swept operations and I found out that Instance Feature can not select a Swept but it can select a Feature group containing...
Hi!
I'm using NX8 and I noticed that 'Instance Feature' was replaced by 'Pattern Feature' what I think is pretty cool.
Today I was working in a model where I did a 'Lineal Pattern' of some features and then I tried to mirror it using Mirror Feature, but I coldn't do this. Then I tried doing a...
Thanks guys!
It's kinda strange the behavior of my dimensions because I noticed that it is not always, sometimes it referencesw my angle dimension to the existing dimension and sometimes not. What I'm doing is an "edit associativity" and then I select again the dimension I wish to be...

Hi guys!
I've been working in NX8 for a couple of weeks, and I noticed that I can't dimension angles using existing dimensions like I used to in NX6.
I have 2 images, the one with blue dimensions was created in NX6 and the one with maroon dimensions in NX8. I want to make the 10° dimension...
John, that's exactly my case. I do not have permission to access the registry files.
Well. If there isn't an option in Customer Defaults, I'll toggle it OFF everytime I need it.
Thanks!
