Faulty TLE6220
Who have experience with faulty TLE6220. Very recently (last month) we have a lot of faulty TLE6220 (Smart Quad Low Side Switch). Some or all outputs are either constantly On of Off. We are using a number of 50K+ devices each year. Thanks in advance- SjakieW
