Its a new part so the mould is not build yet. Our resin agent did suggest PA66. I read somewhere of some rubber treated PA66 or something, anyone used this before?

Hi, MY guess is high gloss black PC/ABS or PMMA. Mould have to be polish real well. The part will then be sprayed with a top coat UV paint to get the piano black effect.

One question to txrt. Regarding the adhesive properties of foil and plastic part, doesn't the adhesion between these 2 properties created by an adhesion layer on the IML foil instead of the type of foil material?
