    the problem is that i do have the licence folder & installation is completed successfully but i can't open the program & an error message is displayed !! the aspen thecnical support website requires me to log in while i don't have an account

    i want u to help me using the hysys aspen simulator i installed it but it doenst work ( licencing pitfall :s) please some help
