    Replacing 600A,2400vac Oil filled Circ. Bkrs.

    I am looking for Justification to replace 4 1964 West. Oil filled CB's. They were refurbished in '93, but every so often refuse to start. I am worried about spare parts, and although the oil has been replaced, about leaks. I assume the 93 oil is flame resistant. These are outdoor units all...
