shear anchorage for tanks designed to APi 650
API 650 does not specifically address the issue of a tank supported on a concrete mat subjected to a horizontal seismic shear force. If anchor bolts are required to resist the horizontal seismic shear force, is the force taken out in all the anchor bolts or just half or what?- sherj059
