we are going to do our Design acc. to ASME sec.VIII div.1. but for me it is important to know 1-as a technical view, is it necessary to do heat treatment? 2-is there a code that mentioned it as a shall to do? do not forget that it is a fillet weld tube to tubesheet.- SFIIWE
