Would be possible to save the model as a IGES or STEP as my version of solidworks is older than yours meaning I cant open the model. However I think I understand how you mean to draw it and will give it a go- SBRGoodall

Twisted bend in sheetmetal
I have a small tab to model in solidworks, it has a bend about half way along its lenght and is also twisted where it is bent. I have tried to loft it and use the sheet metal tools but nothing quite gives me the right geometry. I'm using solidworks 2008, if any one has any tips I'd be greatful...- SBRGoodall
