    A heat treated vertical pressure vessel needs replacement of top dished head. After welding the new head, does the vessel require to be heat treated fully or a partial heat treatment of top half would be sufficient? What are the general conditions to adhere for stress relief? Thanks, SBlowers

    Peers, Pressure vessel constructed in US designed to ASME VIII Div 1 which specifies Hydrotest pressure 1.3xMAWP, does the local regulations in NZ require the vessel to be re-hydrotested to 1.5xMAWP according to AS1210 for registration? Thanks
