    "SA 578 LEVEL B" hard punching was not there but present on stenciling marking.

    Dear All Please tell me is it necessary to have hard punch "SA 578 LEVEL B" for 20 mm THK plate SA 516 GR 60/70. Stenciling showing "SA 578 LEVEL B" but no hard punch seen.

    I want to know that which Heat treatment should i follow for flowing situation Stress relieving or Normalizing DATA:- Ellipsoidal dish end having thickness 22 mm (NOM),Fiber elongation exceeds 5%,MOC=SA 516 GR.70N. Where Normalizing requirement given in CODE.
