Are all Class 150 flanges compatible with a Class 125 thru-bolted butterfly valve, where the valve does not have thru-bolt holes? Obviously, I'm asking about flanges with the same NPD as the valve.

(2) design, conceptual design, or conceptual design coordination of engineering works or systems...
