Dry lamina vs. Wet lamina
Hello Tech-perts, I have experimental data for a fabric lamina which has E11 lower for Dry case compared to Wet case (both at RT 73F). Also, the strength values F1t and F2t are higher for the wet lamina. Shouldn't the stiffness be higher for the Dry lamina? Thanks- rpaero
