This was posted in Mechanical engineering other topics, but I think this will be a better place for it.
The problem that I have find a tank that will be able to store Yellow Prussiate of Soda (YPS), but I do not know what type of material will be able to handle it. The tank that held the YPS...
The problem that I have find a tank that will be able to store Yellow Prussiate of Soda (YPS), but I do not know what type of material will be able to handle it. The tank that held the YPS was steel and it rusted out. I was thinking of polyethylene, it seems to work for like concentrations...
Well, near where I live, there is something called the "Sydney Tar Pond". It has been a problem for a very long time, since the mid-1970s. They have tried to clean it up before, but with no success. However, just a few months ago, they decided that they will spend tons of money on it, a 10-year...
Ya...your boss got scammed. If it was http://www.yellowpages.com/, than that's cool. That is a site I would use to find companies once in a while, but never heard of www.the-internet-yellowpages.com. Seems like they try to get people to think they are the yellow pages. Bad luck I guess.

Haha, I like this topic.
Ashereng, I agree totally, I would love that as well.
ivymike, There are automated lawn-mowers out there now...just not self-fueling.
And for me, I would love for someone to invent a teleportation machine. This would be so awesome, no much terrible long flights. Just...
That was indeed a good article. I always thought that hydogen is a bit too much for us.
From the article : "Using dirty energy to make clean energy doesn't solve the pollution problem-it just moves it around."
I totally agree, you can not just move the problem around. From the article, it...
oops...I rushed it.
I do believe that there are some fields that will not benefit from 3D drawings as much. Civil Engineering is one of those fields because I would not expect to see a building layout in 3D, nor would I expect to see piping layout in 3D. However, I have seen 3D building...

I believe that 3D is definitely the way of the future. Here's a similar example: 10 years ago, most video games were 2D, now all video games are 3D. If your company is going to put out a 2D game today, the rate of successful is minimal. This is a world of 3D now. That's just how I feel about...
I am shocked to see so many people who do not believe in Global Warming. There was something called the Industrial Revolution. This increased all the pollutions in the air dramatically. An example is the coal usage in the US during this time period. In 1800, the coal usage was around 10 million...
Thank you kenvlach,
I was given an old method of using O2 and flue gas, but it did not take into the account of the Radiation and Convection losses. After looking at the website, this makes a lot more sense.

It is a hot-water boiler burning on oil. I have figured out the energy being put into the boiler already, but just not sure how to figure out the energy coming out.
