    This is for solids fruits. Water will be added to make it flowable and pumpable by a PC pump, but it will not be like flow like wastewater passing through drum screen.

    foam problem in wastewater pipe

    The flow is gravity flow, flow coming out of the belt filter. As such pumping and/or mixer is not involved. Adding chemical is not desired, since foaming is a continuous process when filter press is in operation. Water Spray is a good idea but the foaming issue is inside the pipe.

    The flow has to be close to 150 gpm. Forgot to mention the application is wastewater (belt filter press wash water drain). Pipe type is ductile.
