Thank you for the response. Yes, if I command 1,000 watts CW then I get about 1,020 watts, and I also get full power at 1,500 watts. I am thinking based off of what your telling me it is the power tables. I however have no idea where they lie in the machine. I'll have to get Fanuc out here to...- rich0318

It happens all the time regardless of material. Looking at the screen when the beam turns on, it just makes its way up to the incorrect wattage in the power actual display. It does not creep up just goes there like all is normal. I am still puzzled about the laser going from pulse to continuous...- rich0318

Hello and its nice to join all of you. My company has a Fanuc c-1500A on a 1993 Mazak Super Turbo X510-3D, and we had a third party come in and replace all the optics. We've done a flush using Citronox, and he has tuned the power supplies etc. But I am still having two issues that I am not sure...- rich0318
