Tomas, I was finally able to get the assembly to partially load and then loaded the individual components. I still don't know what I did but it seemed to work. Thanks for the prompt information. Rex

Hi Tomas, Problem is the model does not load even with structure only highlighted. I cannot run part cleanup unless the part loads.....right? Rex

Sorry, that did not work either, although it got me to the error message much faster. This is a large model combining 3 separate machines and a robot handling system. Not sure loading the individual components is feasible. Rex Smith BSH Home Appliances

Newbie here. Tried relentlessly yesterday to make a groove at an angle around a cylinder like the extruded in the attachment. I can see where the contact point of a ball end groove will need to change as it orbits around the cylinder. I'm just playing with this to see if it can be done...
