ok... so how about some tips on ways to combat Watermain that is shallow, besides replacing it. Any thing to put on top of it to insulate it? We are in Michigan, with a 5' min requirement for depth over watermain, but due to a reconstruction project, we have 4-4.5' of cover. Hate to rip it out...
