I am currently useing the X3D graffics driver, but was informed to use the OJL graffics driver. Will this fix the F4 problem?

I have a question. When trying to use the F4 button to square up the view of my IDEAS model, a box pops up stating "F4-XYZ Rotate Triad Only" but it does not square up the model. How can I fix the F4 button to square up the view of the model. thanks in advance!

] I've used a Spaceball 4000FLX on a Win2000 in Unigraphics NX, but I have not control on the spaceball. It works in the opposite way, if you want to zoom in, it goes to zoom out, if you want to move to the left hand, goes to the rigth hand, is too difficult !! I never had any problem before...
