    I think you all are correct that the Texas law as written states that all final engineering documents are to be stamped. But, I have never seen P&IDs stamped.

    Can anyone recommend a good P&ID software that will allow for a virtual P&ID review where people can dial in a teleconference and watch the P&ID review online? Also, it would be nice if the software can record comments and P&ID revisions. Thanks.
