Fan runs all the time for the air cleaner. So far the system has operated great. We will see how it works durring the summer. Hopfully the heat exchanger will not sweat. Still tring to get mfg. to approve but they have not told me no yet eather.
I dont think the board or motor will be a problem due to the same motor and boards are used in airhandlers with Heat Pumps and the indoor coil is up stream of there motors.
I will check with the mfg for downstream listing. re: section 6.3.7 although (just my opinion) since the furnace is sealed...
