.....Whether the chiller is fully charged or not. He says he needs to run the chiller fully loaded to determine this( we don't have the load right now) Isn't there any other way for him to determine the charge? This chiller was run improperly and blew its charge...York repaired and recharged...

Can this chiller be run with low condenser water temps?...say around 65 deg? or will the oil "migrate" Thanks for any insights.

I understand that 2 valves are needed when the heating surface area is over 500 ft, I also understand that the two valves are set to pop at different pressures intentially...say one ate 165psi and the other at say 185...but I don't understand why they wouldn't simply both pop at pressures very...
