    Thanks everyone, I had spoken to our A.I.A. and they basically reinterated what everyone is saying. The guy did make a good point though: by doing additional radiography, you're inviting the opportunity for the RT tech to call a repair.

    Bending Issues with SA-106-B

    Just wondering if anyone else has run into this issue regarding bending problems for SA-106-B. We use 3/4" Sch 80, the manufacturer is Benteler, were putting a 90 deg. bend (by machine/die) in them but we seem to be getting a crimp/fold at the turn. Thanks QC3
