Hi Mike, Thanks for the comment. Yes I'm pumping gas, but the thing is that my volume is constant (pump internal volume), and my temperature is raising rapidly, so the only cause for the uncontrollable temperature is the pressure. Compact Scroll Pump Heat Problem
I'm trying to build a scroll pump for a project, but I'm facing a heat problem that I cannot seem to solve. I tested every part for friction caused heat, but none of the friction seems to be the cause. Anyone has any idea of what could cause the uncontrollable heating? Thanks!- pxyeap
