    I have an old Ceaser II report with tabulated data. I do not understand the notations and restraint. Could you help me out? Thanks. Questions 1. what is the meaning of "Node 10 ANC Cnode 11" 2. the restraint on node 11. Is it dx=dz=0, no rotation but with prescribed y dispalcement?
