    I would offer two pieces of advice. 1. A good accountant is worth his weight in gold and can advise you on the best entity type from a money and taxes standpoint. 2. The SBA is a paperwork pit. Unless you are specifically going after DBE work, your time is better spent marketing elsewhere.

    While those are the same, you also need a general business insurance policy. That policy will protect you if you break your leg on a job site. The E&O will not. My clients require both insurance policies.
