You will have to report your past activities when you apply for your PE license and TWIK card,
I do not think those are going to be really bad marks on you
It is also possible to work in the oil field and never really need those if you do not visit any sites

I was able to swap over from the HVAC industry to facilities. It was not that hard, just realizing you will have to start from the bottom again until you get your knowledge base built up.
The only other issue you will face is having to report to engineers who are 3 to 5 years out of college...
If you know who made the valve it is easier to just call the manufacturer.
It is possible to calculate it, I think the Fisher 119 manual shows you how or I am sure Anderson Greenwood has something as well

Since it was just depressurized you can see what the pipeline use to carry and start form there. It is hard to take a guess right now. If they pigged it before dropping the pressure there might not be much condensate. If they did not then there might be quite a lot left in the system
