I DONT WHY YOU NEED STRESS TO QUALIFY THE NOZZLES. If you are using Caeser as Piping stress program, then in the output ,your pump nozzle node should be within the allowables.(As per table 2-1A in code API 610).

Then what is ACTUAL test pressure ?
