Thanks PDMAdmin, but I have already tried that several times. I have even completely cleaned the registry before the install. I have installed from the original CD's and updated to SP4. The problem exists with SP0 and SP4.

After upgrading to SW2005 SP4, the save to PDF as well as my Edrawings toolbar have left. Also, when using the split line feature, SW would crash. I spoke with my VAR on the crash issue and it was resolved by registering an OCX file into the registry. I have tried repairing my SW install as well...
