    For this application, Torlon would be the best choice. High temperature resistance and low coeff of friction. It is also very easy to use in injection-molding applications.

    A PSU is the way to go. Try a polyphenyl-sulfone or a polyethyl-sulfone.

    How about using a high temperature polyamide, like a polyphthalamide? Their glass transition is about 110C and their melting point about 350C.
