There are two ways.
1. Copy the existing part and drawing with new names, replace the one instance of the part with the newly created part, modify the new part to include the holes.
2. Install the Assembly tools that come with the development tools (GO TO C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Inventor...
1. I think you're looking for derived components here. Though, not knowing what it is specifically that you're doing, I may be off base. A little more info, or your work so far might help.
2. I think the short answer is no. Inventor loses the reference and it can't be fixed. it has to be...
Is there a reason you don't use the bom from subassemblies in the other sheets? Show the parts list for each sub next the the drawing views of that sub.
Yes there is a way to do this. It involves combining the rows in the parts list. I have not done this myself though so cannot help. If you don't get an answer here, try searching on the Autodesk forums.
Make the assemblies phantom, place them into an assembly together, and use that for your parts list reference. You can place that upper level into your drawing as well and balloon all parts, or create LOD's of that assembly to show each sub individually. You don't have to have a view of the...
I think there is a shaft generator which should simplify this task. However, you could also draw each groove in a sketch, making the sketch lines equal so you only have to dimension one groove, then revolve cut.
If you have IV2009, you can create an LOD which is a derived part. And you have many choices on what to do with parts (include, suppress, bounding box, etc.). If you already have the assembly placed, you can just change the LOD and it will be replaced with the derived component. You still...
Draw an arc (ID or OD of your pipe) with the 1/32" dimension between the ends (constrained appropriately of course) and use the contour flange command.
Did you highlight the inner surface prior to creating the flat. Sometimes you need to do this for objects like lofts to unfold.
