Why hasn't UFLS been adopted as Ancillary Service by power grid TSO. I investigated using PLC to load shed based on grid frequency (as suggested by dynamic demand UK)it looks like a win for everyone (especially environment). Unless I am missing something fundimental it looks relatively easy...
