The pier sits about 30" above grade and doesn't appear to be damaged. I believe at minimum the anchor bolts would have to be replaced. The problem I'm having is that I'm not aware of any methods of just replacing the anchor bolts without replacing the existing pier.
Had a contractor hit a parking lot light pole with a backhoe causing the anchor bolts to bend and twist. Is it necessary to replace the entire pier or is there another solution?
