    Charlierock mv is your coefficient of compressibility. m2/MN is the units for mv. qn is your net bearing pressure. it's 1/(N*0.5).

    Stroud & Butler (1975) is always useful, calculating mv from a design N value as follows: mv = 1/N*0.5m2/MN Settlement = mv*0.55qn*1.5B
