    Yes, there is a reason. I have to use those characters. Another script program uses those and I do not have control over it.

    Hi, I need to give a name to a line with special characters. For instance the line name would be LN<1.0>. Here the <> symbols are causing the problem. UG says you cannot give special characters as a name. How can I solve this problem? thanks
