    It is a wall that spans between a footing and roof structure. It is load bearing so grouting is required.

    I have a project where the footing rebar was bent over into the incorrect cell for a CMU wall. For instance, the wall is specified to be grouted at 24" on center but is actually 16" one direction and 32" the other. Do you have any opinions on this or sources to review before directing...
