I'm installing a 15 foot tall chain link fence that is covered with with nylon shade fabric. Its purpose is to act a sun screen. The fence has two intermediate 4" posts and has 3 horizontal rails separated about 7' apart. The ends are welded to an existing i-beam columns (34' span)...
